RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DISAPPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT APPLICATION FOR A CONVERSION OF A NON-CONFORMING
NURSING HOME INTO A BOARDING HOUSE AT 4445 SISK ROAD, WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AND GRANTING THE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has disapproved a
conditional use permit application for a conversion of a non-
conforming nursing home into a boarding house at 4445 Sisk Road,
Wichita Falls Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed that decision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that there would be no adverse
impacts on the health, safety, and general welfare of the public if
the conditional use permit is granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The disapproval by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the
conditional use permit application for a conversion of a non-
conforming nursing home into a boarding house at 4445 Sisk Road,
Wichita Falls, Texas is hereby reversed, and the permit is granted.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4TH DAY OF FEBRURY, 1992 .
