RESOLUTION AWARDING PURCHASE OF SUMMER FLOWERS
FOR PARKS AND MEDIANS
WHEREAS, bids for the purchase of 35,860 flowers for
parks and medians were solicited and opened December 27,
1991 ; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid submitted is from
Plantland Industries in Quinlan, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Contract for the purchase of 35,860 flowers is hereby
awarded to Plantland Industries, Quinlan, Texas, in the
amount of $14,884. 14.
