ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 1 , CHAPTER 16 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REPEAL SECTIONS
16-3 AND 16-4 OF THE PROVISIONS FOR FOOD AND
FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Health Department has recommended an amend-
ment of the requirements for food and food establishments by the
repeal of Section 16-3 and 16-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Article 1 , Section 16-3 of the Code of Ordinances , defining
the scope of Article 1 , is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Article 1 , Section 16-4 of the Code of Ordinances, requiring
a Health Certificate for certain persons employed in private
residences, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
