Ord 002-86 1/7/1986 ORDINANCE NO. 2-86 • • • ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 79-83, WHICH PROVIDED THAT THE PERMIT PRIVILEGES OF A MASTER ELECTRICIAN SHALL BE SUSPENDED WHEN HE WORKS FOR A DIFFERENT ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 79-83 amended the Electrical Code to provide that the permit privileges of a master electrician shall be suspended when he works for a different electrical contractor; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Electrical Examiners has recommended that this ordinance be repealed, as it serves no useful . purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY._THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Ordinance No. 79 . 83 is hereby repealed.
