AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 9 & 10, BLOCK 52, BARWISE &
JALONICK ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STANDARD LOT (SF2) TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL
(HC) ZONE.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended the rezoning
of lots 9 & 10, Block 52, Barwise & Jalonick Addition from SF-2 to HC zoning
district; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that
the proposed rezoning of the aforementioned lots is in accordance with the City's
Comprehensive Land Use Plan and advisable in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, THAT:
Lots 9 & 10, Block 52, Barwise & Jalonick Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas,
shown as the grey shaded area on the attached map (Attachment 1) , is
hereby rezoned from Single Family Residential, Standard Lot (SF-2) to
Heavy Commercial (HC) zoning district.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4th day of March , 1986.
