ORDINANCE NO. 19-86
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 1A, BLOCK 7, NORTH PARK
ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS FROM HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended the rezoning
of Lot 1A, Block 7, North Park Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas from HI to HC
zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that
the proposed rezoning of the aforementioned lot is in accordance with the City's
Comprehensive Land Use Plan and advisable in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lot 1A, Block 7, North Park Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the
grey shaded area on the attached map (Attachment 1) , is hereby rezoned from
Heavy Industrial (HI) to Heavy Commercial (HC) zoning district.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4th day of March , 1986.
