RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CHLORINE DIOXIDE
FACILITY AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Norman R. Bratcher
Construction Company of Wichita Falls for construction of a
Chlorine Dioxide Facility;
WHEREAS, the original contract amount of $347, 543 . 81 was
increased by one approved change order to $348, 111 . 19;
WHEREAS, the City has previously paid the contractor
341, 148 . 97, leaving an amount due of $6, 962 . 22 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff and Design Engineer have recommended
the Council accept the project as complete and authorize a final
payment to the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to construct a chlorine dioxide facility is
hereby accepted as complete, and the City Manager is authorize to
make a final payment of $6, 962 . 22 to the contractor.
