RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO M & F
LITTEKEN FOR THE LANDFILL OFFICE BUILDING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the landfill office building Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is ,
M & F Litteken who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
68, 480 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of M & F Litteken in the amount of
68, 480 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of September, 16 •3 .
