AWARD OF BID TO AMERICAN CYANAMID COMPANY
FOR THE 1993 ANNUAL SUPPLY OF MALATHION
CONCENTRATED INSECTICIDE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the chemical insecticide Malathion for use in the Mosquito
Control Program and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lower responsible bidder is
the American Cyanamid Company who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $18 , 670.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Said unit price bid of the American Cyanamid Company in the
amount of $18 . 67/gallon (bulk quantities) is hereby accepted for
the chemical insecticide Malathion as specified by the bid
document .
