RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG COUNTRY CLUB
RECONSTRUCTION (PHASE I) PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Keystone Construction Company with the estimated total cost of
383, 128. 00 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
388, 942 . 10 of which $381,163.26 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $7,778.84 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Country Club Reconstruction (Phase I ) Project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to
the contractor.
