RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO SAHARA
ENTERPRIZES FOR THE CDBG BEN DONNELL
PLAYGROUND PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Ben Donnell Playground Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Sahara Enterprizes, who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
5, 925.00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Sahara Enterprizes in the amount of
5, 925 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of September, 1993 .
