RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO ZACK
BURKETT CO. FOR THE CDBG COUNTRY CLUB
RECONSTRUCTION (PHASE II) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Country Club Reconstruction
Phase II) project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Co. who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
363,306 .00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Co. in the amount of
363,306 .00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
