RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO SCALES
CONCRETE COMPANY FOR THE CDBG WILLIAMS AVENUE
DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Williams Avenue Drainage
project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Company who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
27, 655 . 50 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Company in the amount
of $27, 655 . 50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project
