RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
FOR A STORAGE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the American Red Cross has utilized a storage
shed owned by the City of Wichita Falls to house electronic
radio equipment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue to allow
the American Red Cross to use this property, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to execute a lease agreement
that provides for the terms and conditions of such an
arrangement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby executed a lease agreement with the
American Red Cross for the use of a City owned storage
facility, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
of this resolution.
