A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING
AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY (CHAS)FIVE-YEAR PLAN; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wichita Falls, Texas resolves that all persons should have access
to decent, safe, and sanitary affordable housing, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy Five Year Plan for Wichita Falls
identifies existing housing availability and conditions and identifies needed resources to be supplied by
local, state and federal programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy Five Year Plan for Wichita
Falls is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
