A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE WICHITA FALLS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED
BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to appoint the initial Board of Directors for the
Wichita Falls Development Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. David A. Clark (Director of Community Development), Steve Cookingham, Leon
Mallonee (Council Member-at-Large), Bill Sullivan (First Assistant City Attorney), James Welburn,
David Wolverton, and Linda Ammons are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Board of
Directors of the Wichita Falls Development Corporation for terms to be determined by the Corporation.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this
Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
