A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 164-93 ,
SECTION 2 ; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls amends
Resolution 164-93 , Section 2 to read as follows :
SECTION 2 . That the City Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement providing a twenty percent (20%) match, or $48, 077 of the
estimated $240, 396 to design and construct the bikeway system in
the Holliday Creek/Weeks Park area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1 . It is hereby officially found and determined that
the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the
public as required by law.
