RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL OF EMSI, INC.
FOR THREE WATER FLOW MEASURING DEVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department budget for 1993-94 was
approved with the purchase of three flow measuring devices;
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals from two companies
for provision of the specified devices, and the devices from each
company meet the required specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the staff has recommended the City purchase the
flow measuring devices from EMSI, Inc . in the amount of
16, 727 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal of EMSI, Inc . to provide three ISCO-brand flow
measuring devices at total cost of $16, 727 . 00 is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to issue a Purchase Order for
the devices .
