RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY MUNICIPAL WATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT REPORT FOR THE
NORTHSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1992/93
WHEREAS, Region 6 of the Environmental Protection Agency has
issued an order for information requiring the City of Wichita
Falls to submit a formatted report for the Northside Wastewater
Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the report .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council has reviewed the Municipal Water Pollution
Prevention Environmental Audit Report for the Northside
Wastewater Treatment Plant for Fiscal Year 1992/93 . The Council
has determined that appropriate actions have been or are being
taken to maintain the permit requirements contained in NPDES
Permit No. TX0084557, and no additional actions are required as a
result of the compilation of this report
