RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO POTEET, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A DECHLORINATION FACILITY AT
THE NORTHSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a dechlorination and reaeration facility
at the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant, which bids were to
be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Poteet, Inc . who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
162, 748 .45 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Poteet, Inc . with an estimated total
of $162 , 748 .45 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project .
