RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IDENTIFICATION OF
CERTAIN FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE MCGRATH
CREEK CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously indicated its
desire to move forward with the McGrath Creek Project; and,
WHEREAS, the local match requirement for the McGrath Creek
Project is approximately $4, 100, 000; and,
WHEREAS, a current balance exists of funds previously
identified for the Holliday Creek Project in the amount of
1, 188, 073 ; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to transfer $720, 000 of these
unobligated funds to establish the first phase of funding for the
McGrath Creek Project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The following funds are transferred to the McGrath Creek
Project :
