RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO LAKE ROAD WELDING
AND TOOL COMPANY FOR STAINLESS STEEL MANHOLE
MODIFICATION DEVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction for 19 stainless steel manhole modification
devices to modify the Holliday Creek Sanitary Sewer Interceptor;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Lake Road Welding and Tool Company, who bid a unit price of
1, 265 . 00 and a total bid price of $24, 035 . 00 for the 19 devices .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Lake Road Welding and Tool Company with a total
price of $24, 035 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to issue a purchase order for the devices .
