RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING MR. CHESTER LUDLAM FOR
HIS INVOLVEMENT AND LEADERSHIP IN CHAIRING
THE LAKE WICHITA STUDY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls
established a study committee to examine potential future uses of
the Lake Wichita facility; and,
WHEREAS, the Committee was created to examine and study the
possible uses and re-uses of the Lake Wichita area; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Chester Ludlam was appointed as Chairman of the
Lake Wichita Study Committee by the City Council of Wichita Falls
in order to draw upon his expertise, understanding of the area,
its people, and the potential for recreational re-use; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Chester Ludlam participated and contributed to
the work of the Committee as Chairman in a dedicated and
competent manner greatly serving the citizens of Wichita Falls .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE WICHITA STUDY
COMMITTEE, THAT:
The Committee recognizes the outstanding contribution of Mr.
Chester Ludlam, and will sorely miss his knowledge,
understanding, and leadership.
