RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF
FLOWERS FOR PARKS AND MEDIANS
WHEREAS , it is desirable to make the City as attractive
as possible; and ,
WHEREAS , bids for flowers have been solicited and
received .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
A contract for purchase of flowers is hereby awarded to
Dream Valley Nursery for the production and delivery of
47 ,606 pansy plants .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of August 1993 _
