RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PIPELINE AGREEMENT WITH
WICHITA, TILLMAN AND JACKSON RAILWAY COMPANY
TO INSTALL WATER LINE ACROSS RAILROAD RIGHT-
OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to cross a right-
of-way belonging to Wichita, Tillman and Jackson Railway Company
with a water line; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed Pipeline
Agreement with the railway company for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Pipeline Agreement for a utility crossing at mile post
0.99, Western Subdivision of a railway right-of-way belonging to
Wichita, Tillman and Jackson Railway Company is hereby approved.
The City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement for the
City of Wichita Falls and to make a payment of $950. 00 to the
railway company.
