A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AT LAKE ARROWHEAD; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the leases of property at Lake Arrowhead held by
Ms. Rachel Rodriguez and Mr. Neil R. Kreidler have lapsed; and,
WHEREAS, Ms. Rodriguez and Mr. Kreidler have requested that
such leases be reinstated; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls finds
that the reinstatement of such leases is proper and will benefit
all parties concerned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute leases to Ms. Rachel Rodriguez and Mr. Neil R. Kreidler
for their respective lots they formerly held at Lake Arrowhead.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to
the public as required by law.
