RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO J. MENASCO ROOFING
COMPANY FOR THE MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM REROOFING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the Memorial Auditorium Reroofing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
J. Menasco Roofing Co. who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
139, 430.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of J. Menasco Roofing Company in the
amount of $139,430 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
