RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO MID-STATE
UTILITIES, INC. FOR MODIFICATIONS TO SANITARY
SEWER LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for modification of sanitary sewage Lift Station No. 15, which
bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Mid-State Utilities, Inc. of Waco, Texas, who bid unit prices
with an estimated value of $86, 000. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Mid-State Utilities, Inc. with an
estimated total of $86, 000. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
