RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO ZACK
BURKETT COMPANY FOR THE 1993 MILL AND OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1993 Mill And Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Company who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
473, 120. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Company in the amount of
473 , 120 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project.
