RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO THE ROHAN COMPANY
FOR THE ANNUAL SUPPLY OF PIPE REPAIR CLAMPS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the annual supply of pipe repair clamps; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined the lowest responsive bidder
to be The Rohan Company in the amount of $11, 366. 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the annual supply of pipe repair clamps is
awarded to The Rohan Company of Dallas, Texas, in the amount of
11,366. 11, and the staff is authorized to purchase the pipe
repair clamps on an as-required basis.
