RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR ESTIMATED ANNUAL
REQUIREMENTS OF READY MIX CONCRETE AND
FLOWABLE FILL TO PITTS READY MIX
WHEREAS, the Street Maintenance Division has advertised for
bids for the estimated annual requirements of Ready Mix and
Flowable Fill;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder is
Pitts Ready Mix who bid $111,737.50 for the Ready Mix, and
70, 187.50 for the Flowable Fill materials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid from Pitts Ready Mix in the amount of $111,737.50
for Ready Mix, and $70, 187.50 for Flowable Fill is hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th d. • July, 1993 .
