RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO 0 & R UTILITIES
FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF BRASS TAPPING SADDLES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the annual supply of brass tapping saddles; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined the lowest responsive bidder
to be 0 & R Utilities in the amount of $5,826.91.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the annual supply of brass tapping saddles is
awarded to 0 & R Utilities Company of Arlington, Texas, in the
amount of $5, 826.91, and the staff is authorized to purchase the
tapping saddles on an as-required basis.
