RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ZACK
BURKETT CO. FOR THE CDBG 1993 MILL & OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG 1993 Mill & Overlay Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Co. who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
149, 125.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Co. in the amount of
149, 125 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project
