RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DISAPPROVAL
OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR A CARPORT AT 3214
CAROL ANN, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND
GRANTING THE PERMIT (C 93-17) ;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has disapproved a
Conditional Use Permit application for a carport at 3214 Carol Ann,
Wichita Falls, Texas; and
WHEREAS,the applicant has appealed that decision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that there would be no adverse
impacts on the health, safety and general welfare of the public if
the Conditional Use Permit is granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the disapproval by the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the Conditional Use Permit application to construct a
carport at 3214 Carol Ann, Wichita Falls, Texas is hereby reversed
and the permit is granted.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that
the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the
public as required by law.
