RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED FINAL STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS UNDER THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 ,
AS AMENDED .
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has conducted Public
Hearings on the proposed reallocation of giG0, 000 from
previously approved Community Development Block Grant
Entitlement funds , end ;
WHEREAS , the City Council has taken public comments given
at these hearing_ into Consideration in amending and
revising the Final Statemnent of Community Development
Objectives and Proposed Use of Funds .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS THAT :
The City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate
50, 000 in funds from previously approved Community
Development Block Grant Entitlement funds as indicated in
the program description .
