RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
FOR THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REROOFING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract
dated April 6, 1993 for the Municipal Airport Reroofing Project;
and,
WHEREAS, said project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, said contract was a Lump Sum contract with a total
cost of $11,994. 00; however, $10,794 . 60 has been paid to the
contractor, leaving a balance due of $1, 199.40; and,
WHEREAS this project was inspected and complete on May 18,
1993 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of said project is accepted by the City of
Wichita Falls, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to
pay the contractor the amount as set ou .bo e.
