RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID
AND A CONTRACT FOR THE LAKE ARROWHEAD
SEAL COAT PROGRAM PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the Lake Arrowhead Seal Coat
Program Phase I and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is Barnett Paving and Sealing, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $119,419.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving and Sealing in
the amount of $119,419.45 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for this project.
