RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
McGRATH BROTHERS CONCRETE FOR THE 1993 ALLEY
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1993 Alley Rehabilitation Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
McGrath Brothers Concrete, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $293, 112 .50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers Concrete in the
amount of $293, 112 .50 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
