A RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DISAPPROVAL OF A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A
CARPORT WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK AREA AT 4301
RANDEL DRIVE, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS (C-93-12) .
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has failed to approve a
conditional use permit application to construct a carport within the
front setback area at 4301 Randel Drive, Wichita Falls, Texas and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems that there would be no adverse impacts on the health, safety, and
general welfare of the public if the conditional use permit is granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The disapproval by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the conditional
use permit application to construct a carport in the front setback area
at 4301 Randel Drive, Wichita Falls, TExas is hereby reversed, and the
permit is granted.
