RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FROM TEAM
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR GEOTECHNICAL
ENGINEERING EVALUATION AND TESTING OF
LANDFILL SOIL LINER 10
WHEREAS, the City Of Wichita Falls is constructing a soil
liner for Cell 10 at its municipal solid waste landfill, and
certain testing and evaluation of this liner is required by the
Texas Water Commission; and,
WHEREAS, a proposal for this testing and evaluation has been
received from the geotechnical engineering firm of Team
Consultants, Inc. , in the estimated amount of $24, 162 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said proposal of Team Consultants, Inc, is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to release payments as the
work outlined in this proposal is completed.
