RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH ARCHITECTURAL
FIRM FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO
THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF AT MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Architectural Report has identified the
need for replacement of the roof at the Auditorium and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to engage the architectural firm of
Daugherity & Glover, Inc. to provide the architectural services
necessary for the replacement of the roof; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered a contract for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract to engage the architectural firm of Daugherity &
Glover, Inc. for the architectural services related to the Memorial
Auditorium Roof is hereby approved, with the maximum architectural fee
for the base architectural services of $10,275. 00. The City Manager
is authorized to execute the contract for the City.
