RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG O'REILLY PARK
PLAYGROUND PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO
R.C. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with R.C. Construction Company with the estimated total cost of
12 , 190. 00 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
12, 509. 60 of which $11,258. 64 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $1,250.96; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG O'Reilly Park Playground Project is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
