RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR A REROOFING PROJECT AT THE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a Reroofing Project at the Municipal
Airport and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Armored Roofing Co. , who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
11, 994 . 00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Armored Roofing Co. , in the amount of
11, 994 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project.
