RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 159-90 TO
INCORPORATE LABORATORY CHARGES FOR DISSOLVED
OXYGEN TESTS
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 18, 1990 approved
Resolution 159-90 to establish charges for utility labor,
equipment, materials and services;
WHEREAS, the cited resolution in Section V established
charges for various tests conducted by the wastewater laboratory;
WHEREAS, Council amended the resolution on November 19, 1991
to incorporate charges for ammonia nitrogen tests;
WHEREAS, the wastewater laboratory is receiving increasing
requests for dissolved oxygen tests, and the cited amended
resolution does not provide a laboratory charge for the tests;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to respond to the requests and
to establish an appropriate charge for the dissolved oxygen
tests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section V of Resolution 159-90 dated September 18, 1990 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section V: Wastewater Laboratory Test Charges: The
Charge for each sample is indicated below for the
specified laboratory test:
