RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1992 ALLEY
REHABILITATION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO ADE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with ADE Construction Company with an estimated total
cost of $170,892 .25 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
175,220. 66 of which $167,249. 55 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $7,971. 11; and ,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1992 Alley Rehabilitation project is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
