RESOLUTION APPROVINGAPPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE REROOFING OF FIRE STATION #7
AND THE MUNICIPAL COURT BUILDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Reroofing of Fire Station #7 and the
Municipal Court Building Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Armored Roofing Co. , Inc. , who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $19,158.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Armored Roofing Co. , Inc. , in the
amount of $19,158.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
