RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID
FOR THE HEALTH UNIT COOLING TOWER
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the Health Unit Cooling Tower
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is Trinity Air Conditioning, who bid a lump sum price
of $14, 096. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Trinity Air Conditioning, in the
amount of $14, 096. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for this project.
