RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF
FERTILIZER FOR PARKS AND MEDIANS
WHEREAS , bids for the purchase of fertilizer for parks
have been properly solicited; and ,
WHEREAS , sufficient funds are available for the
purchase of the annual supply of fertilizer .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
An award for contract for purchase of fertilizer is
hereby given to Berend Bros . , Estes Chemical , Feed & Garden ,
and Lesco , Inc . as per the attached bid tabulation for a
total amount of $10 ,338 .81 .
