A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
SETTLE CAUSE NO. 137,838-B, STYLED DAVID C. IDE VS.
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Attorney be and is hereby
authorized to settle Cause No. 137,838-B, styled David C. Ide
vs. The City of Wichita Falls, in accordance with the Release
of all Claims and the Order of Dismissal, the same to be
attached to this resolution and made a part hereof for all
purposes upon proper execution.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open
to the public as required by law.
