RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO R. C.
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CDBG O'REILLY PARK
PLAYGROUND PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG O'Reilly Park Playground
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
R. C. Construction Co. who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
12, 190. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of R. C. Construction Co. in the amount
of $12, 190. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
